Digital Learning Plan
Week of May 11th: This is the last week (4 day) of assignments for this school year. Complete the Fitness Log for your assignment Monday through Thursday and email to me and the end of the week. Week of May 4th: National Field Day (week) Please take pictures of the events that you participate in to my email [email protected] .
Week of April 27th: This week we will concentrate of fitness. Write down the activities you do every day Monday-Thursday and email the list to me at the end of the week [email protected] . You must do activities from Flexibility, Muscular strength and endurance, and Cardiovascular endurance. Next week is National Field Day. I will post the link so you can participate.
Week of April 20th: Student choose four days from the chart. Write down what activities you chose to do each day and email to me at the end of the week [email protected].
Week of April 13th: Students please read the assignment on Soccer and answer questions in a complete sentence. Once completed scan or take a picture and email to [email protected].
Week of March 16th: Students please read the assignment and answer question in a complete sentence. Once completed scan or take a picture and email to [email protected].
Week of March 23rd: Print and complete the Fitness Log for your workout assignment. Once completed scan or take a picture and email to [email protected].
Week of March 30th: Print the Fitness Log to enter your data for the week. Once completed scan or take a picture and email to [email protected].

Georgia Performance Standards for Physical Education
Standard 1: Demonstrates competency in a variety of motor skills and patterns.
Standard 2: Applies knowledge of concepts, principles, strategies, and tactics related to movement performance.
Standard 3: Demonstrates the knowledge and skills to achieve and maintains a health enhancing level of physical activity and fitness.
Standard 4: Exhibits responsible personal and social behavior that respects self and others.
Standard 5: Recognizes the value of physical activity for health, enjoyment, challenge, self-expression, and/or social interaction.
Classroom Procedures and Expectations:
Dressing Out is not mandatory
It is imperative that appropriate attire be worn for injury prevention and maximum range of motion in activities. Be aware that during warm weather we will go outside. Students who do not have on appropriate gym shoes will not be able to participate and will lose points for the day.

- Participate on a daily basis, giving you best each and every day in efforts to improve YOU!
- Be respectful to everyone and everything around you
- No Gum Candy or drinks allowed in any areas of the gym
- The only thing that you should have in the gym is yourself and you PE Clothes
